A
Notary Public performs an important function in commercial and legal
matters. As a quasi-judicial officer a Notary Public can authenticate
and certify documentation for use in commercial transactions or
for production to public bodies or Courts, either in Ireland or
abroad and the documentation so "notarised" by a notary will be
accepted without the need for further Proof.
The Principal of the firm, Bill Holohan, is a Notary Public for
both Dublin and Cork.

Persons
seeking to have documents notarised may do so by appointment with
Mr. Holohan at either the Cork or Dublin offices.

Bill
Holohan made legal history in April 2000 when he was appointed by
the Chief Justice of the Superior Courts in Ireland as a Notary
Public for the cities of Dublin and Cork. Traditionally, a Notary
Public was only appointed for one district, but the Chief Justice
Ronan Keane, in describing Bill Holohan as "pre-eminently qualified",
said that he was happy to appoint Bill Holohan for the areas of
both Dublin and Cork.
