Under the terms of the Solicitors Act, a practising Solicitor is authorised to administer Oaths. Most documents can be witnessed by a practising Solicitor. However, on occasion, documents such as affidavits need to be sworn on oath before a Commissioner for Oaths. The firm caters for professionals and members of the public who have need of such services.

 

Persons intending to swear documentation can be accommodated by prior appointment.

The Principal of the Firm, Bill Holohan was appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths by the President of the High Court in 1986.
