Under
the terms of the Solicitors Act, a practising Solicitor is authorised
to administer Oaths. Most documents can be witnessed by a practising
Solicitor. However, on occasion, documents such as affidavits need
to be sworn on oath before a Commissioner for Oaths. The firm caters
for professionals and members of the public who have need of such
services.

Persons
intending to swear documentation can be accommodated by prior appointment.
